Our call captioning technology lets you choose between live stenographers or best-in-class automated speech recognition (ASR) software. You can switch caption modes at any time – even during your call! Communicate with ease, knowing the speed and accuracy of our captioning service ensures you are able to keep up with your phone conversations.

Call captions using Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) are available in multiple secondary languages like Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Filipino, Vietnamese, and more.

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. IP Captioned Telephone Service may use a live operator. The operator generates captions of what the other party to the call says. These captions are then sent to your phone. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
